HDSE at Montreal Fringe 2007

Here are some shots of me performing my third one man show History: Deleted Scenes and Extras at the 2007 Montréal fringe festival. That is I’m assuming that’s what was going on here. See I don’t remember anyone in the audience actually taking photos. You can credit Cindy Lopez for that. She is apparently a photo ninja. The shot on the right shows my secret: I actually just spend five minutes hypnotizing the crowd into believing they’ve just seen a great show, then we all sit around and watch Everybody Love Raymond reruns...mostly as a punishment to myself for my evil deeds.

The second shot shows something interesting, I guess I wasn’t really paying much attention to what I was doing. I don’t remember ever speaking the words “What? Me worry?” As always, I’m always shocked when the lights come up and people have actually shown up to the show.

The very top shot shows me telling the audience to keep it down as my parents are upstairs sleeping.

Does This Fringe Make Me Look Gay?

This is a pic taken by Tristan Brand at the Montréal fringe 2007. He was doing this thing where he’d walk up to fringe performers and do a semi artsy overhead shot. Now people keep telling me it looks gay which is interesting. I’m not an expert on the gay lifestyel but I assume that if you’re having some of the gay sex, you probably wouldn’t keep your knapsack on, no? Also, that’s not my erotic face. Jesus, I hope that’s not my erotic face.

Montreal Fringe 2007

Me and Patrick Goddard at Montréal fringe 2007. This however is my erotic face. Ladies, the line starts here.

Reefer Badness (but like bad in a Shaft kind of way)

Think this was at a party somewhere. Gees, I hope it was at a party somewhere. In case you’re wondering: hair by Micheline Marchildon, weed by Jillian Thomas.

Montréal Fringe Potluck 2006 Continued

This of course is just further proof that chicks dig the bad boys....aaaand whatever it is I am.

No disrespect to the other house managers there that year but Allison was the most adorable house manager at the fringe. Isn’t she just so cuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuute.

It's all in the jacket...and the hair...but mostly in the photographer

Best head shot ever. It was taken in 2006 by Pierre Gautreau and makes me look waaaay cooler than I actually am which I can live with if you can.
